Ugly Dog Chili

I don't know the origin of the name ...
1 pound red kidney beans
1 pound sirlion, cubed and browned
1/4 cup olive oil
3 chopped onions
2 fresh jalepeno chiles minced
6 garlic cloves
3 tbl. chili powder
1 1/2 tbl. ground cumin
1 tbl. dried oregano
36oz. chrushedplum tomatoes
5 cups stock
2 large yellow peppers chopped
3 teaspoon salt
1 package frozen corn
Brown the beef. Saute onions, peppers and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, beef, beans and stock, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then simmer for one hour. Add corn and salt & pepper to taste, cook additional 30 minutes.
